Could a CPA widget affect SEO on landing page?

Hi,
So I've been setting up a new website and on my landing page I have a CleanFiles download widget, I would normally have the widget on another page but this time I've put it directly on the page i'm trying to rank.
It's not the widget that blocks people from seeing the whole page, when the user presses the button the widget then pops up.

I was just thinking that google could see this as spam and make it harder for my site to get ranked?

I just wanted to see other peoples opinion on this, should I keep it on the landing page or move it to another page which I am not trying to rank?

It's unlikely but definitely not impossible that it will affect your rankings. If it is at all possible without sacrificing the conversion rate too much I would go for a separate page. I'm a cautious guy though

you should move the widget to the other page. Because yes it can harm your ranking.

Well as you say if I move it to another page I will be sacrificing some of the conversion rate, Might just leave it on the landing and see what happens.

Edit: Moved the widget to another page and made widget load on page load.
