I have a good market, domain and the traffic to build a nice cottage rental website.
I'm trying to figure out what platform, strategy and pricing I should use on the site.
I was thinking maybe WordPress with a plugin and have free listings for 1 week until a few are added then start charging like $100/month or something to list it there.
The cottages are really only rented during the summer, so 4 months of the year. So it'd be like $400/year/cottage.
