Costum written content or perfectly spinned content?

Hi,First of all: thats the first time i try get one of my pages ranked well by google. i have never done it before, so please excuse my noob question:does it matter if the content used is costum made for me (i.e. article writing service) or would it be okay to use rewriten stuff (copyscape passed)? will google be able to tell the difference?regards
