I’ve noticed my cost per result has jumped by about 132%. Would it be better to pause the campaign for now or try optimizing it? If optimization makes more sense, which areas should I focus on?

Goal: Sales
Campaign Type: Direct to Messenger (handled by chat agents)
Optimization Event: Conversations
Frequency: 1.5
Creative Format: Video Reel
Targeting: Single interest
Placement: Advantage+

Remove from Adv+ and go manual placements and put bid per action on amount of cps u want

3. Offer/Messaging: Re-evaluate what your chat agents are pushing. Is the initial message still compelling? Is it your offer or the presentation?
Last week chat agent incoming messages was 116 new messages this week only 50 incoming messages.

for reel type videos where do you think it would be placed best? Also should I just edit the ad campaign or start a fresh one?

pause it duplicate as new, placement depends on what the video is need run AB test and see if best perform on fb or ig etc

Possibly creative fatigue, try another video or at least change the beginning of your current video, if it's an image, try a different image.

Duplicate and pause the current adset? Or just edit the current adset?
