Hi all,

My name is Paul and I want to create a website like popads or a cpm network like cpmfun . I need a php programmer to estimate the cost for the script because I want to know all the cost and after I have the money to start the project.

Details project about cpm network :

I need a simple CPM Advertising Script (only for publisher) fully functional and the following features must be available in this script :

Admin must have fully functional like :
- Approved site/publisher
- Banned site/publisher
- See statistic site/publisher & paid menu publisher
- CPM setting (with price per impression) for any country
- Can post ads in html, flash, image, text & admin must CAN POST ANY ADS FROM OTHER NETWORK LIKE ADSENSE, CLICKSOR, CHITIKA, ETC

Publishers have payment options like paypal, must track all the click's and detect fake clicks. it must be designed beautifully.

you dont need a script, you need an ads system and a lot of money. You will loose the money if u hire one man show for this project
