Probably not worth it. Just switch to a responsive theme.

The cost of buying a responsive template.

Unfortunately not, a lot of theme specific short codes would not work etc.. About 200 pages, though most pages would work "out of the box"

I have, you have a recommendation? Plugin doesn't have to be free either..
