Cosmopayment - anyone?

Looking into Onlyfans, Fansly etc, this cosmopayments keeps coming up. It's new to me.

I'm damned if I can find a countries list for it. The pricing structure seems convoluted beyond belief. By the time they take a fee for this, for that, for the next thing, for another thing, and some other things, I am wondering if there would ever be any money left to actually collect. It seems to be more of a black hole of fees than an actual payment facilitator.

Is anyone using this? Some unbiased feedback about it would be interesting.

They seem to flag negative reviews. Should be enough feedback to indicate if they're worth working with.
