paypal is way more widely used, however check the audience of your channel and see from which country are you getting 80% of the views from and then add a payment platform which is common in that country. You can test with both methods and see what brings you more earnings

You can use PayPal, it will work, just make sure that your account is solid enough and it won't be banned for receiving payments abroad
