Is it ok to DM 20 msg a day to new followers with the same image and text ?
It is a real account not spamming (5 years old)

Try doing it in intervals of 10 messages at a time and wait at least 1 hour. I don't think you should have any problem. Try to customize each message sent differently just to be sure.
