Is this something to get worried about if you are not in epicenter and nearby locations ? Whenever I turn on the news, this story is there all the time.

Nothing to worry if your country’s medical is up to par.

Nope, it's unlikely that you will get it, and even if you do, there is a 99% chance that you'll survive it.

Death rate with corona is approx 2% so you have 98% chance of survival.

Cheers bro.

Really difficult to say. I dont think its too dangerous, but I had to cancel my trip to China because of this. Also what the chinese media/gov says and what the people are filming with their phones is much different. Its hard to make an objective conclusion.

My guess is this disease killed and infected much much muuuuuuch more people than they officially say.

I honestly think this is overbloated and just a product of the media freaking out. They're close to a cure anyway

My best friend also worried like you.. and unfortuently he died due to panic ..

God bles u

why worry not everyone will die from the virus , infact there showing suvivers on the news.

in the UK, more people have died from the flu currently 800 yearly.

yes, there concern but if you wash your hands and use tissue and bin it should be ok.

if you're in a country that got it heigh then use a proper mask and eye protection.

if in a high area.
don't hang in crowds or groups.
stay home while it all happening.
don't eat takeaway if in heigh area.
mask and eye protection at all times.

if not in a high area not to worry unless told to via government.

warning ()
wash hands after doing anythink out side or in .

I do believe in a country of 1 billion the number of dead is a lie.

I also think china thinks they own there own and control them full stop.

scary shit, so no one will ever know the truth.

all I no, As said above eventually, a pill, vaccine, will be available very soon.

i really wont to understand why china so strict ....(( any books on this please link ))

You will have to be a bit more careful if you are more than 60 years old or living with old people.

You don't have to be panic, just wash your hands, clean your stuffs regularly. Don't touch your face as often as you are touching yourself then you are fine.

Associated: things can be normal again if the weather warms up. May March 3,4

Do you really think that a country with over a billion people would freak out so hard over 600 dead?
The 2% death rate can only be true if the communist party has accurately reported the number of cases and deaths which is highly unlikely.
Currently, everybody has to self-quarantine in Wuhan, even if you get diagnosed you still don't get to stay in a hospital as they are full.
People are being arrested for not wearing face masks, and in some areas, houses are being blocked shut with metal rods and labeled as "infected" with people still inside, that is what they used to do during the black death, all dead bodies are cremated.
Currently, the gov is supplying the bigger supermarkets but as more and more cities go into quarantine doing this will be impossible, the gov says there are around 27k infected, currently, the dr's in hospitals are saying on the Chinese social media that there are 50k new cases every day and growing.
On top of that, a new bird flue has also emerged from Wuhan alongside the coronavirus.
The virus is basically causing a very aggressive type of pneumonia, and if you had one you know how bad that is even if you get all the necessary treatment.

Acty

Actually that depends on your age, and if you had any chronic lung deseases

yep definitely if you are 50+ or have low immunity because of any chronic ailment then these number will change

I live in London and work from coffee shops most of the time. I know this is a serious epidemic but the only impact on me is that it's a great time to get bubble tea in China Town since all the places are empty.
