Core Web Vitals Not passed

Hello! Last year, when I got error in GSC, I changed the WordPress theme and also used the WP-Rocket plugin. The LCP and FCP dropped significantly, and my score in Real-Time improved, but Google Search Console still shows errors and doesn’t accept the fixes ( it shows POOR URL).
When I use Pagespeed.dev, which it recommended by google itself, the real-time stats look good, but the 28-day stats still show high values. I think that’s why Google isn’t accepting my fix. Could you please help me with this?

That Time to First Byte is really high, where are you hosting your website? Is the webserver optimizeed? It should be ~1s-1,5s at most.
