Copywriting Rates For Clients

hey guys,

should I charge my clients on a monthly basis for example, £2000 per month per client? If so how would i go about this.

I think most clients prefer to be charged per article. For UK minimum is around 3-4/100 Words but you can get a lot of work at 8/100 for legal firms and other professional services. If you try and do per month make it a bit more specific like 2400 rather than an even 2k.

So i could call a mortgage broker for example and offer to write their emails for a week for free, just to give them value upfront. Then charge £1799 per month to write their daily emails. Is that reasonable?? Assuming I'm good at what I do.

A lot of people on here pay less than 2 dollars per hundred for their money site content, others pay 4 dollars minimum. That works out for 1,200 to 2,400 a month.
For copy-writing yes you can charge more but given what is happening with COVID-19 it will be a challenge.

I see. Then in order to get clients I'll have to be on top of my sales game and my copywriting game.
