CopyScape! how accurate it is?

i tried copyscape but seems it does not detect everything. i post copied articles on 5 websites. i havent check them for two months. then i tried checking them at cpyscape. guess what it says. NO RESULTS FOUND! i checked the websites where i copied the article and it was still there!

i've experienced the same things with some pdf mags. The one from the year ago is found by the searcher but the one from november is not found.
 
you sure your pointing you exact article website link ?
 
Maybe the site got banned or the page not indexed in SE...wild guess though. 90% of PDF files don't get into SE and that's for sure :)
 
yep you gotta check if the pages are indexed, run a few sentences thru google phrase match
 
actually those articles are not indexed in the search engines or like affguy08 said...
that site was being banned by the search engine. and hence it is Dex Index
 
where can i locate sites than have articles hat are no indexed? or how will i checked if the pages are indexed?
 
you can check if the pages are indexed by simply running a sentence or so through the search bar of google, yahoo or whichever.
locating sites with non indexed articles on the other hand - maybe someone with more experience doing this can answer this for you.
 
Another question maybe how effective is CopyScape? I have been trying to find another software I can use to check articles.
 
If I am rewriting PLR articles is using Copyscape a sure way to make sure the content is ok for Associated Content? I've been reading some of their terms and they seem really harsh about copyrights and stuff, like fines, imprisonment, and shit. I don't want to get busted by them and go to jail if my PLR article happens to not be changed enough...
 
Jail?

I've been paying losers on Second life buttons to rewrite PLR stuff for weeks without any concerns.

I seriously doubt they're going to send you to jail.
 
may be i wont be going to jail. why? i live in the philippines. no laws about that here. cause people here were dumb hehe. just joking.
