You can dispute the copyright if you have the option. If not, you have no option and your account is at risk.

I had a copyright claim issued on one of my videos and I fought it and won.

First you should contact the person who gave you the strike and apologize to him (assuming you used a copyrighted material and the strike is not false). I removed a lot of strikes by doing that.
If the strike is false, contact him and if he didn't remove the strike fight for it and you will win.
