If someone makes money from copyrighted content, would they have to take any precautions when reporting their taxes?

I'd suggest legitimizing your business some. Just like any other blackhat method, if you can show a legit business model, you could sweep your questionable activity in with your whitehat activity.

EDIT: New question: Anyone know what the Business Code is for affiliate marketing with CPA leads?
