I hve seen many channels still copying other videos, re editing and uploading. they are getting huge views and subscribers, any youtuber here to share some knowledge?

and when i do, youtube keeps deleting my content showing inappropriate content,

i see it too. especially with comic shows right now. but i am not sure if you can monetize the videos if you upload it

They are monitized by the uploader, i know they will be flagged one day, some day but they are making good money m sure coz they have lots of views and subscribers..
