Does YouTube or the copyright owner sue people for using their material? Would I get in trouble when I upload for example tv shows and monetize them with aff links?

I just curios if this is a thing on YouTube or they just delete the videos or the account.

Has anyone of you got ever legal problems because of this?

You can use creative commons videos and you won't get ban for uploading those. You can upload tv shows but you won't be able to monetize them as you will get copyright strikes but yeah you can use aff links in the description or as annotations.

Have you ever heard of a case that YouTube got in touch with the aff network to get the personal informations of the uploader?

I have a method in mind how I could monetize tv shows and movies, but I never do something bh like this so I'm a little bit insecure
