Copyrighted Content and Credit Card Processing

I've created a site that has pdf textbooks locked with cpa offers. Or, can have complete access for a monthly fee (membership site). However, I'm concerned that the credit card processer may shut me down if they were aware that they are indirectly enabling the sale of copyrighted material.

My question is: Is there a WP plugin for credit card processing that I won't have to worry about being shut down for such activities?

Also, I don't want to deal with a merchant account. I would prefer to have plugin that directly deposits the monthly fee into my bank account. Is there such a thing/plugin?

Well its all about how you word it. You can say you are selling a membership to the site not the content.

I don't think there is any plugin that transfers money directly to your bank account. You need to have a merchant account or payment processing services like paypal. But I wouldn't advice using either of them because you are violating copyright. Which is enough reason for them create troubles for you.

Also, you should first find out if your CPA network will allow your methods or not because, many networks won't allow copyright or illegal or fake content to lock. So, read their terms of service or contact your affiliate manager otherwise you might loose your earnings or waste your time. Of course you can use black hat methods to cover your real methods with fake, but you've to be very careful.

Its very hard these days. If you want to do this then I think that best method would be hiding your real activities behind fake one.
