How can You Tube tell so quickly that a music is copyrighted? Do they have someone that actually watch the videos or do they have software that does this for them?

simply remove the properties from the MP3 file (and/or video file)

this ALWAYS works for me
i've only ever had one problem (i didn;t remove properties) with copy rights but because my video was decent the owner some how said i could use it and now it's a third party video

that doesn't work,

shortening or adding time on it's still got the properties of the origional track
