Always want to now the answer,

For example it is allowed to modify a logo for thumbnail , example i want to use nike logo in red ?

Yes, if they complain.

YouTube doesn't care about "fair use" or context. They will strike on any copyright or trademark complaint.

Nike was an false example,

the real example, you know i'm playing brawl stars,

so if i add a crown on brawl stars logo it's allowed if i'm uploading brawl stars gameplay ?

Maybe the best way is to ask for the permission to do this ?

I ask this because you can see lot of modified banner, thumbnail etc on youtube

It just matters how vigilant companies are. A lot of companies or games don't really worry so rarely make complaints. Others are more aggressive. It depends on the company.

There is no real answer. But always some level of risk.

To be safe i'll not edit logo etc of any gaming company :)

Thanks for the answers guys

I really don't think anything would happen, I don't even know if you can do this. Gaming companies in particular are very lax about youtube, they don't want to make gamers mad.

Yes, You are not allowed to use copyright material anywhere.

Gaming companies won't strike you because you're giving them free exposure. They should pay you, so don't worry.
