I want to reskin some android apps.

but now i have some worries about copyrights. i want to make a simple quote app. Is it legal to use Pictures from Famous Person? For example eminem. Can i put eminem in the App Name?

If i download a shared unlicensed App Source Code is there anyway that codecanyon can track me? If i go on the purchase site it says the license is only for one app. How can they track it? i downloaded the source code from torrents.

so what about all the quotes app in the playstore? they always have a picture of the author. i am really not sure if they all bought this pictures..

its not legal ... if you are unlucky it can be expensive.
