Copyright on images which i will use [help!]

Hi,

I have read a lot on bhw starting tumblr sites or other sites with uploading pictures(for example: bikini photos) and building up a large follower base and combining it with cpa or cpc or something. A question, where could I find these pictures? If I download it from torrent sites and upload it to the website/tumblr is it will be a copyright issue? Can I use it? Can I get in some legal thing? What can I do to avoid it?

One thing you can do is give credit to the photo owner. Something like "photo by:........."
That way you are not violating any copyright. Unless the owner says explicitly that he doesn't want to share, or something similar.

I have found a website where I can download any image:
You are free:

• Remix - to adapt the work.
• Commercial - to use this work for commercial purposes.
• Without Attribution - to use without attributing the original author.

Under the following conditions:

• Stand alone basis - You can not sell, license, sublicense, rent, transfer or distribute this image exactly as it is without alteration.
• Ownership - You may not claim ownership of this image in its original state.
  
  
  So basically the only thing is that I can't sell the images without changing it a bit or say that 'photo made by me" and that's all?

Isn't there an option in Flickr's search engine to specifically find pics for commercial use?

I would like to avoid constant attribution, because I need a lot of pictures. So the key is this:
"Stand alone basis - You can not sell, license, sublicense, rent, transfer or distribute this image exactly as it is without alteration."
Changing a pixel counts as altering? Changing the colour, shade, anything counts as alteration?

This whole legal thing is so shady and blurry...
