Can you go into more detail on how you are doing this? From what I understand, you just add music to the video and then claim it from another account to get revenue?

But how are you claiming it? Don't you need a CMS for this? And how are you preventing YouTube from striking you for the content and not taking down your entire channel?

Very interesting thread!
I don't use CMS/MCN.
It's quite simple, register with a private record label! After that, distribute your music!.
I edited films, or any other viral content, added my music to those videos, and published them on YouTube!
After getting countless views, like in the thousands, money started pouring into your record label account, where you released your music!
First of all, make sure it has been registered in the content ID after distribution!. :')

Thanks for sharing this update! You’re right — YouTube’s Content ID has become much tougher lately. I agree there’s always a workaround eventually, but the key is finding safe, long-term methods that don’t risk channel strikes. Looking forward to seeing the tricks or insights you share — this topic is always evolving.
Oh, thank you for your kind words!
I'm glad more people are enjoying this topic!.
Over the years, YouTube has removed most of the previous methods; now, those that remain are very few, and I dare say that those who have them "will never share them." Because if that happens, there will come a time when it will be almost impossible to publish videos on YouTube, because like all the other tricks that YouTube has disabled, If many people use it, it will soon become saturated, and YouTube will probably tweak the content ID again to refine it!
Well, I'm glad that many people are interested in this topic! Thanks again for your kind words! ✨;-;

So adding some editing to films was enough to avoid YouTube takedowns? Some channels reupload full movies with minimal editing, so I thought there would surely be some other tricks involved

Registering with a music distributor will work, but I've heard that most companies don't allow reused content and also take months to payout. Which distributors do you recommend for this?

I know with YouTube Shorts lots of channels used to partner with companies like Blast Off Music, Novial Music, Consalad, etc. where you could use their music on top of your original videos and they give you a cut of the music profits. But in the last few months most of these companies have been terminated by YouTube.

There are good music distributors; since you brought it up, check out my thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/advanced-music-distribution-how-private-major-labels-can-transform-your-tracks-youtube-geoblock.1759992/

I know I haven't updated this thread in a while! Well, below is what big channels with millions of subscribers are doing!
(New updates for you all, which I discovered!).

For example, which record labels?
