Copyright Material Use

One thing that is unclear to me to all those autoblogs tutorials is about using someone else content to publish to your blog without any proper permision.

Seem that none don't care if you copy tutorial from eZine, someone else RSS feed without asking the author if you can publish or spin their text.

Can we get in legal troubles about this? If we put a link at the end of the text from the source we got it will be more save with this?

Ezine and RSS feeds are meant for resyndication. With Ezine, as long as you include the author bio box and their links, then you are fine. Also, if an author has an RSS feed on his site, they want people to republish their material. That equates to more exposure for them.

As long as you cite everything, you can republish any info, as long as it is not stated otherwise and you are not charging people to see it.

Scrapping content,rewriting or spinning articles falls in a gray area but publishing RSS feeds is completely okay. Your also giving the original content creator traffic which is why RSS feeds were created.

Spining the article give me a new one with 70% unique, so even if i spin the article and put the author link i can be fine right?

But what if the RSS feed is only partial, and I made it full...Would that change the rules?
