Copyright Material on Youtube/General Questions

Hello. I recently started uploading video's to an old youtube account I had and monetizing them. There was already 10k views on the channel, and apparently I already had an approved adsense account, so I linked the older account I'm uploading on now to the adsense on a different google account.

To keep it simple, I've been uploading various old radio/podcast shows that I do not have the rights to. I've had a pretty overwhelming amount of success in my first 5 days. I'm at 2000+ subscribers and have gotten around 600,000k total views, and according to the analytics, I have around $1100 in estimated revenue.

I have a couple of questions, now.

• I have no strikes of any kind, I haven't used any Blackhat Methods like Buying views or anything like that. Once it comes time for the youtube money to go into my adsense account, does Google do any kind of check on the youtube channel to determine what kind of content is being uploaded if there aren't any DMCA's or anything like that? Or am I good as long as I don't get my channel taken down by pay day?
  
• I'm assuming "Estimated Revenue" is an inflated number of the realistic amount of money generated and doesn't reflect the cut google takes. How accurate is it to the realistic amount of money I'll receive for the month?

I'm aware I'm pretty much asking to be banned. but I've been following channels that upload this material for around half a year, and most of them seem to still be uploading frequently and the videos are still serving ads, so I know some people seem to be successfully making this niche work.

I've learned a lot reading around here, and I appreciate any advice I can get!

Yeah you are right many channels do this and get away but better if you do not put all your time on this as anytime youtube can track it and bring you down. This will stop all your earnings so best is to let this go on automation or spend less time and keep working on a different method side by side so that even if it gets down you will be safe.

I got you. Luckily this really involves around 15 minutes a day, so it's kind of just been a side experiment that has got me thinking about making original content. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some kind of process where they review the channel before they pay out, but it seems like there's really no rhyme or reason to when they find a channel and suspend it.

Usually I have seen adsense accounts getting down at the time of payout havent seen the same with youtube yet But cannot say.
