copyright issues

hey guys i want to make a fb entertainment page and post funny videos i just want to know it it okay to
1) make videos with gifs from giphy and adding text to them and writing the source in the description of the video
2) add text to viral videos on fb and writing the source in the description of the video
is there any copyright issues with the 2 methods even if i write the source in the descrition ?
