Copyright infringement?

I have a question please help . So i have a domain with http://www.livejasmintm.com and is with tm at the end and i use as a whitelabel for chaturbate and i was contacted but lj stuff that is copyright infringement and they need my website and also to stop using the lj name to send traffic to the competitors. Is it really copyright? I told them that i would sell them the domain and they told me that they give me 50$ lol . What should i do ? Thx

Technically it's copyright infringement because you are using a domain containing their brand name for commercial purposes. As it's the same niche as their service it's even more likely to count as copyright infringement. They can't take the domain from you, but they can get your hosting company to drop the site if they really care

If you really want to keep the Domaine I wouldn't give it up they don't have any money to sue you or else they would pay more than $50

Haha I think Live Jasmin have plenty of money, that's not the reason they are only offering $50. They just know they own the trademark on "Live Jasmin" so can force the hosting provider to drop the site for literally 0 cost. I know because I have done it for several clients
