Copyright infringement

Hi guys,

I got this today and I'm thinking its BS.
This site is a simple autoblog pulling a ebay acne feed.


Dear Private, Registration:

I'm writing you on behalf of Guthy-Renker, LLC ("Guthy-Renker"), owner of the trademark PROACTIV and copyrighted PROACTIV images and text. It has come to my attention that your website, http://mydomain.com/acne-solutions/category/proactiv/, is using copyrighted content and PROACTIV trademarks that are owned by Guthy-Renker.

If you believe you are authorized to use Guthy-Renker's copyrighted images and text or its PROACTIV trademark, please reply to this e-mail with a brief explanation, so that we may consider your response and avoid any further misunderstandings.

If you placed Guthy-Renker's intellectual property on your site in error, please remove all incidents from your site, and reply to me within five (5) days so I can close this case accordingly.

Check your headers and see where it was sent from. Probably nothing though.

someone last month got a similar email from proactiv. check into it

until you get an actual c&d to you in the mail, blow it off.
