copyright infringement override going infinity [Q]

I dl a youtube music video, WMG.

I raised pitch by 2, changed the name of the mp4 file to random, added few seconds on beggining, added several effects in AVSVideoEditor (like distortion, movement and crap like that), saved it again by a random name.

The second the upload is finished, it's recognized as
"Your video, 25wrsdfdsfsdfs.avi , may include content that is owned or licensed by these content owners:

* Content owner: WMG Type: Visual content

"Live!" and "blocked in some countries."

How do they do it?
Does anybody know, and most importantly what can one do to avoid Youtube to automatically recognize it as a copyrighted material.

Also, I read that the "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107" doesn't work for video content claim. Only audio.

They recognize it by filters, right? Automatically? How the heck... if you change it pretty much?

they just find the pattern of a song its not that hard more sites use this they only need like 10sec that's actually close to the same to identify what song it is.
