Copyright Image on Youtube Video.

I have been searching for a pic with free commercial use license and I have been doing lots of searche, I mean it is difficult to find a pic, that has free commerciale license and that are also nice.

I am thnking about using just any image from google with no water mark. I know it is not legal and bla bla stuff.

but common man, What are the chances of you getting caught ?

what is the worse that can happen.

are they gonna sent you to prison ? or just remove your video?

I think they also wont remove your video. Or do you think there are sitting monkey in the Google HQ and they look for Copyright Images on youtube video?

Not a good idea. Just look into the open source options. archive.org is a good resource for images and video. Nothing worse than fair use issues. Will really keep your image, reputation and business down.
