copyright content?

i can add text on my site? or the text is always copyright?

Copyright only applies to the original "work" be it text, pictures, artwork or some other form of creation. If you take the original text and republish it verbatim (without changes) you are clearly in breach of copyright. If you do as you say (re-spin it) then technically it's no longer the copyrighted work, it's now yours.

While this is all easy to understand, there is a "grey area"...

- If you copy & respin content (articles) from a large content site like eHow.com then expect to get some form of legal action, they're really protective of anything they suspect is their content

- If you copy & respin content from *lots* of small bloggers, independent writers and smaller content sites you are far less likely to get caught or encounter any legal issues

i use autorewrite and who can said if with autorewrite the text is everytime clean or it can make some mistakes?

If you just post the same text with new synonyms you will probably "get away with it" using content scraped from personal blogs, small blog and news sites. If you try doing this to someone like eHow.com you'll likely get some legal saber rattling.

Either use a better spinner, or take content from a foreign language site and put it through Google Translate i.e. take a news article or review from an Italian site and convert it to English using Google Translate. The resulting text will be just about as readable as a re-spun English article and less likely to attract legal repercussions.
