I have never really done any PPD before, but had a bit of spare time this week and coded a bot to create and upload vids en mass (not for sale).

I am sending them to a content locked page of mine, offering warez, cracks, hacks etc etc. None of the lockers unlock after they complete the offer as there is no file to be downloaded.

It is going quite well already. But i am unsure on how careful i need to be with my content locked site with regards to piracy takedown requrests?

Do i need to go full bulletproof hosting and domain with it? As there is not actually any copyrighted material there. Or are these kind of sites safe ATM?

Bit of a stupid question, but its something i have never had to deal with before.

If your not getting a DMCA your not doing it right, if you are keep on making $$, ditching your bad domains (the DMCA'd ones) for new ones and continuing.

Right now they can't do anything but if you want get yourself a nice TOS page that states what is going on and it should cover your arse.

If you want just go with a smaller webhost and they should just ask you to remove the offending domain + content and there will be no need for bulletproof hosting or anything like that.

Seems like alot of hassle. So i will either have to churn and burn entire domains, or just get offshore hosting?

Offshore domain tld, Offshore hosting and offshore registrar and you should be fine.
