Please consider this a cease and desist notice. The following are the actions we are taking / will be taking in due process.

3. Requesting information including Name, Address and IP Address from Traffic Revenue, AdXpansion and other sponsors you are working with on your network - In progress
4. Submitting relevant information to authorities - To be done
5. Legal and Criminal complaint - To be done

I removed the content from my blogs now guys tell me can i host these to offshore hosting or just drop idea that site is dead.

Doesn't matter if you take it offshore or not, takes 10 seconds to fill out a DMCA complaint and Google obeys them just about 100% of the time.

Or you could try to find one of the tens of thousands of methods of doing IM that doesn't require copyright violation?
