copyright claims?

I get some claims,I get like 1/5 claims,will it be ok to upload or account get suspended? Its stupid gets because claim because of a second of some legit song or something I dont really care about vids with problems but will it cause long term problems if it keeps happening?

It'll be deleted after 3 months I think.
I got some claim and submit on youtube for review, and they removed it.

I have no idea how then xxxx more accounts of same niche are up they should get shitload of them too and still keep up with million views and im just starting out lol.

He's correct.
You can literally go into your account and see for yourself.
It will tell you this via sad smiley faces in your channel settings.

It's generally 3 strikes within 3 months and you're out, but not always.
 
Or it can be opponents doing this lol? Whats funniest all strikes started at day 16 well maybe its the day there was couple more views.

I have 10 already lol.And theres even same video 3 weeks ago with 300k views with 90% same title LOL,maybe it cut a little bit different time but whats inside is same lol,but mine copyrighted with 2 views :D I try to change a pixel in copyright video and copy tag from 3 week old video and reupload to see what happends cus its str8 dumb :D

Not all strikes count towards it.
It's only if the copyright owner decides to put the strike against you.

If you go into 'creator studio', then hit 'channel' then it will tell you how many strikes you have.

If they just block viewership in certain countries, or choose to monetize your video, etc, it won't count towards it.

Some are country,some are worldwide block,I just got 3 more strikes lol,it makes no freaking sense how other people have videos what they cut better LOL

Do they strike you only if you have monetized a video? I had 50+ videos blocked worldwide but none of them received any strikes (none of them were monetized).
