its a good idea but just make sure google dont find out its the same person. try using the copyright claiming channel on a vps or a completely seperate mobile phone and sim card.and while claiming the videos use different person name and address. ive thought of this method too, but never tried it.What if I'll copyright claim my compilations by adding my own song as the outro? Without even joining YPP. How much would I get from ads on a 10 minute videos? I mean ads are distributed automatically at the start middle and end or...?
No. I meant like uploading my song to a distributor site that takes care of copyright claims. They add the song in Content ID system and then they just copyright claim every video that have this song. I don't need to use my address or anything to copyright claim my videos manually. I think it's pretty safe. But yeah you gave me few ideas on how to improve this method thanks man!its a good idea but just make sure google dont find out its the same person. try using the copyright claiming channel on a vps or a completely seperate mobile phone and sim card.and while claiming the videos use different person name and address. ive thought of this method too, but never tried it.
but the above method i said should be safe i guess. however u risk losing both accounts if google ever finds its u.
for example if google sees that ur dummy account is having almost all videos of ur main channel that is copy claimed, maybe it will get obvious that it is the same person thats running both, so the link can be made easily.
i suggest u to customize the method i said above a bit and add ur own mind twists to that to stay under the radar
wait i cant understand so does the distributor site and you actually own this stuff? if not how will you make moneyNo. I meant like uploading my song to a distributor site that takes care of copyright claims. Can you at least tell us if it's going great or not?

no u r wrong. even channels that are not monetized but have copyrighted content, ads will still play.It will not work. First of all YouTube and company like adrev will say "we will put ads on every single video that contains your music", but this is not true. YT or content ID will put ads only on channel that already has monetization turned on, and if channel doesn't have monetization on; then only if you have massive amounts of views on video that contains your music they will turn ads for you.
So basically if you are not well know artists no way you will make significant amount of money with this method. I already try it and it is waste of time unfortunately.
My theory is that YT do this on purpose so famous artists will make more money while agreeing to give away music for free. YouTube is actually making money on pirated music since they can't handle millions of videos containing copyrighted music. So if you don't have massive amounts of views on that video no way you will make any money.
Like I said I try it, unfortunately it doesn't work.
I didn't said it would not, I said you need large amount of views on those videos in order for ads to appear. I tested this on my own, and I read it on one of the site that puts your music in content ID system.no u r wrong. even channels that are not monetized but have copyrighted content, ads will still play.
youtube randomly plays ads idk how it works tho. but i got videos with lots of views and seen other channels with tons of views but ads don't appear always even if u have large views. i think it randomly happens. becoz many times when i play videos add appear but many other times it doesent even on videos with many views. but maybe when i open the same video a few hours later it shows an adI didn't said it would not, I said you need large amount of views on those videos in order for ads to appear. but i guess I've seen even ads on videos with less views like 5k views to, but which had copyright content

I have published copyrighted videoa and they had ads on them. Only 10 views and monetization off.
Someome elseYou published your own song that you distributed to Content ID or you used commercial song from someone else?
