Copyright and video soccer highlights

Sorry for my English.
I tried upload soccer video (goals & highlights) but YouTube has blocked for copyright. In other channels these videos are not blocked and you can see in HD.

how is it possible

It could be that the owners of those channels have or bougth rights to use that footage..

This should 90% works >

1) Download the video
2) Open Sony vegas (or any other editing program)
3) Add black bars to top of the video and to the bottom
4) Hide channel logo
5) Watermark it with ur own text or something (needs to be BIG)
6) Add soundeffects (or just mute the commentatory)
7) Don't add UEFA or FIFA to your tags, title or description
