Copyright a hashtag or a term

Hey guys I have an idea to amrket a product that has great potential to go viral in a couple of weeks. It's all revolded around a popular hashtag on twitter. What I want to know is if it's possible to copyright a hashtag or maybe just copyright the term and how can I go about securing that term legally on a global scale.
