Copying someone pages on shopify store?

Does it effect on SEO if i copy paste someone's About us, privacy policy, FAQ, shipping policy and TOS or google will consider me copycat and kick me out..
What are your suggestions

About us, FAQs and shipping are unique to your website (or should be imo) so don't copy paste that. The others are fairly generic. Be sure to change the minor details such as your biz name etc..

with some minor changes wont effect on SEO
