Just use a privacy policy free generator man. It's not that hard lol.

Well, you can do that but do not forget to edit it to add some points / clauses specific to your website.
For example, I use one template for my auto-blogging site. But I have manually edited it to add a clause where I clearly mention that the content in the site is 'curated' from various sources and their rights are reserved with their original creators, I do not hold the copyrights.
The static pages like Privacy Policy are anyways not responsible for rankings, so using a readymade template will be fine too. Wordpress has a prebuilt template that comes with the installation.

Yes, you can do this. But if the blog is selling some popular service, you should get it written from scratch. This is to avoid any legal problems.
