Most countries only extend criminal copyright laws to items that have retails value. Even in the states one can violate the copyright of lots of items and not face any criminal penalty.

Alright that's good. It's really hard to know if you are breaking a law or not. Multiple website explain it but it's always so complicated that you can't understand it all. One this is sure is that when you create your own content, your not in the illegallity :P
 
You can copy a article and put it on your website, but you have to put a link to the source.. (well..that's what I know)
 
The best thing to do would be to rewrite an already existing article.. Make sure you check the uniqueness on Copyscape before posting to your website..
 
If you have enough duplicate content google will blacklist you. My first site back in 2012 got blacklisted, Mind you i was dumb and thought i could copy and paste every ones articles. A link back is nice, Just make sure you create some original content of you're own. Otherwise when google bots crawl you're sit you might eventually get flagged for spam. Good luck!
 
If you quote and provide sources I think it could slide but if you're doing this thinking it will help increase your traffic, you're wrong. Copying content doesn't help you rank or increase organic traffic. It has to be unique content.
 
It is totally illegal to copy someone articles, Just think about your own article is copied by someone, do you keep quiet?
Everyone is human being and don't cheat them when they did not hurted to you.
 
Yeah i completly understand what you mean, but I am not good in english and i am even worst in article writing so thats why I am looking for a way to make a website that has good content

It depends, there is a copyright law its only for the registered company or people. Then the content is copyrighted like any logo or brand names. You cannot copy that copyright stuff. But if you copy content from a non-copyrighted blog then its legal enough.
 
All content made by human goes under copyright law. Okay, but there are a lot holes you can use for yourself, if you linked to blog post, it's like sharing on FB... :) No worries!
 
Perhaps asking for permission from original authors might help. A lot of time but saves a lot of trouble from getting reported.

There is no legal way on internet to copy someone others stuff. Copyrighted videos, articles, texts and so on .
 
As far as I know copying content and putting it on your website is illegal and you could get penalize by doing that. Rewriting it could be legal but based on my experience, rewriting an article could be a challenge especially if you are using an article spinner.
