I have a few sites that are getting quite a bit of traffic from Pinterest but I know that I can get much more traffic if I had useful/non spammy content for my visitors. Do any of you have any experience posting other people's articles? Could I get in trouble doing this? Would love any input guys, thanks!

Think about news sites. They do this all day every day and make millions. Syndicated content, just make sure you show where the original article is from.

If your site relays on social traffic there's no need, just look at buzzfeed lol.

Haha, it is against the adsense TOS. But then again, most things are.

I was copying people's articles from Pinterest but one hoebag emailed me saying that she was going to report my adsense account for using duplicate content even though it had a link to her original content. Maybe the best thing to do would be to take articles from other sites and not Pinterest?

Put a DMCA take down notice on your site, delete her article and keep on keeping on.

Fantastic advice once again man, the traffic is fantastic when you can just pump out other people's articles onto your own site :)

Yeah you just need to have sources properly cited (images and content), and the DMCA notice with a form people can fill out to get their content removed. ViralNova makes a fortune doing this, and I believe they still run AdSense to this day.
