Copying content (articles) from other site allowed?

I have a question
Copying content (articles,images) from other site legally allowed?
I want to copy content from other news site and put it on my site.i want to make my site very much informative.
What kind of penalties will be put on my site except ranking penalties.
It could be possible to penalize on my site in big amount of money?
Do i get some sort of notice to remove the content before actually filing the case in court against me.
I have given contact email address at my sites contact us page.
Can i be sued directly in court without getting any warning\notice?
I see there are hundreds of sites who steal content from buzzfeed.com like sites.

They can file a DMCA request and your host (in most cases) shuts you down. And sure, if you rip the whole BuzzFeed site and then start making tons of profit they just might sue you.

To answer your question "is it allowed", no, it most definitely isn't.

People just do it anyways.

Suppose someone has filed a DMCA request against me. So i am supposed to get an email (warning\notice) by my vps provider where i hosted my sites?
or simply they will suspend my vps without requesting me to first remove that content?
Ok yes i also think that it is not safe and legal to copy there content with out there consent.

Its not cool at all to steal other peoples content. If your question is can you be sued without warning and without a take down request then the answer is yes. They don't have to file a DMCA at all if they don't want to. If they can track that you are the website owner then that's all they need. Just write your own stories and try and be a good guy.
