If you really need some writers. You can actually make like a website and advertise what you are offering. I'm sure a lot of people are searching over the Internet about that. It should be a good start.

Never hire someone who can't speak(or write for that matter) the language. It's an disaster waiting to happen.

Just because someone's from a different continent it doesn't mean that
they can't speak or write the language, I've met people from Africa
who know English better than me and I'm English.
