I want to copy 1 page from another website and have it be a page in my website. It gets updated like 10 times a day. They are pulling it from another site as well. Can?t figure out how?? Is there an easy way to do this with a program or script?

It's not a good idea but I'm not here to give you ethical advice.

Upper left of your browser click View > Page Source.

I think that answers your question..

How exactly to do it depends on the specifics of the page you want on your site, and how you want to embed it.

It's hard to tell an exact solution just from the information provided, but here is a page on how to use iframes.
    Code:
    http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tag_iframe.asp
If you're still having trouble figuring it out, you'll have to ask in a bit more detail.
