copy & Paste Not working in GSA SER

I just installed GSA SER a few days ago and I have not been able to paste anything into the program. Iv'e tried to use every format I could and nothing works. Iv'e even tried to copy & paste content that I wrote into a field within GSA and then paste it back and it wont work. The copy and cut features function fine. Anyone else had that problem and or know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. (have version 8.48 installed)

did you try right click . I noticed this happens to me in certain fields but not it others . Like I can't paste directly in partial keywords field . But if i paste it into lsi or secondary key list and then right click cut & then paste in partial match column , it works then .

Seems to be a bug

Are you trying to copy/paste directly in your system or from your system to VPS?

There is a process in task manager named rdclip.exe (smth like that),try stoping it and see if you occur problems again.

Thanks for the responses.
I'm trying to paste from my computer and I have tried ctrl + v as well as using the right click option. I also stopped the rdclipboard.exe process from running and it still doesn't work. Im using windows 8. Do you think I need to reinstall GSA?

try a reinstall. I dont have any problems on my system - but im running it in server 2008 environment. maybe its a bug with GSA/windwos8?

I'm using GSA on windows 2008 and never had this issue, sometime it occurs while copying from my system to vps. But after restarting the remote desktop client it starts working fine.

Thanks for all your responses. I uninstalled gsa from my laptop and installed on my desktop which is also running on windows 8.1 and the copy & paste features are working fine. I guess there is a conflict between a program on my laptop and gsa ser.
