Copy paste from my old to new site

I currently have a website that have a lots of post. and i want to transfer 1000 post from the old to new
The way it have to be done is copy / paste from the one site to the new one.
The old and hard way. No sql, Just copy the bbcode and past in the new one.


I'm looking for a freelance that can assist me with this. and if you make a good work it will be continued work.
