Well i have don it before and if you not planing on doing it all the time withe very post you make thank in my opinion its good, especially translating something, just make sure you translate it good, don't just copy-paste it on google translate and post it on your site, fix it a little bit!

It should be ok but you have to read it and correct all the errors and make it reader friendly, quality content

Copying in another language is not bad.

By using words from video you should create error free and useful content that will be good to use this content in other language.

Seriously, who told you copying content is bad.have you ever heard of syndicated content.all news portals has same content for same news but they are still in market.even press release sites has 100% similiar contents,as press release are one time written and submitted to multiple sources

Transcribing should be OK. Its actually a good move and might make the info more accessible online. (most people have to PAY someone to do this)
