Copy Content and Post on Blogger

I'm trying to build a blog for android downloads where i'll lock the downloads with a cpa offer, but putting the content and links one by one is too tedious.

I was wondering what can i do to automatize this task, and wich software is more apropriate to do it?

Where do you get the content and links from?

Links are given based on the popularity of the article or blog post. Its not something you can do physically.
