copy and paste job - Freelancers needed

This is easy but tedious. I don't have a lot of money for the job, but I'm not expecting you to do it free.

Here's the job...

We will look at one website's list of personnel, then copy a selected portion of that data to a second website's database. There is a feature (checkbox) so you can show all the section that is needed. It is a person by person copy and paste and there are multiple fields to paste..

I will give detailed instructions, probably a jing video to whomever does this. I was going to post this at Scriptlance, but thought I'd try here first.

This is not scraping content or doing anything illegal, simply that we don't have access to the DB from the website that contains the data. The website that will receive the data is a nonprofit organization that I help maintain.

uploading a jing right now... watch that and you'll understand completely, the last thing I want to do is mis-lead anyone. As to how many hours... I don't know since I've been doing it peacemeal and really don't have the patience. I'll pay via paypal and as you can see from my posts, I've been here long enough so you should know I'm true to my word.
