Regardless of whether OP is scamming or not, I'm genuinely surprised at some of these responses. The guy is offering you $1000 to do something. You know how to do it, and you're willing to do it.

Why on earth would you lower the price he's willing to pay, or tell him how to do it for free without even negotiating first? This is the hire a freelancer section. Can we please stop undercutting competition with slave wages, referring people to fiverr or telling the employer how to do the job for free? That's the lowest form of blackhat I can think of.

Sorry that my criteria for doing such job doesnt allow me to accept 1k... that's just pure stupid and robery. Have some morals!
